Only Krishna and Drona's son knew the existence of the weapon. When the weapon was used on Arjun and his troops, Krishna knew how to disable it.

Brahmastra

Lord Brahma made Brahmastra. Sage Vishwamitra only ever utilized this uncommon sword once in the Mahabharata Yudh. The weapon resembled modern atom bombs in certain ways. It had the power to wipe out the entire planet all at once.

Brahmashirsha
