Astrology studies the cosmic energies of the planets and their influence. Each plant corresponds to certain personality traits. Based on the position of planets on your birth, diseases or injuries can be predicted and Astrology examines this cosmic influence to heal. Hence Astrology and Ayurveda are related and should be understood together to predict the malady that might arise. Correct diet and lifestyles are ascertained to contain these maladies and these two sciences can help us live in harmony with nature.

There are certain diets and lifestyle changes prescribed for each dosha. When you see a person who is completely red from top to bottom there is something wrong with pitta dosha. You have to somehow not panic and instead calm the dosha. The same applies in Ayurveda and Astrology, There are three constitutions– Vata, Pith, and Cough.
Vata is ruled by the planets Saturn and Mercury. Pith is ruled by Sun and Mars. and Cough is ruled by Moon, Jupiter, and Venus. Planets can show your constitution and also your Karma with your own body, health what you gain or lose in life, and your destiny.

It is also true that Yoga is also a part of the treatment of natives in addition to the combination of Astrology and Ayurveda. Twelve yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, and Satvik diet work on balancing the Ayurvedic doshas. According to yoga, the body is only a vehicle or instrument. Ayurveda is a sister science of yoga that helps in healing the body. Therefore the scientific combination of Ayurveda, Astrology, and Yoga in the healing process of an affected native has extensive importance.
